The Granelli Gallery


Granelli Gallery is a gallery of modern and contemporary art to Castiglioncello (Leghorn – Tuscany- Italy).

The artistic trends the gallery follows most are currently: Italian Pop Art, Arte Povera, Kinetic Art, Fluxus and Visual Poetry.
Among the artists in gallery: Tano Festa, Mario Schifano, Pino Pascali, Franco Angeli, Alighiero Boetti, Bruno Munari, Horacio Garcia Rossi.
The recent exhibitions dedicated to Italian Pop Art “Angeli Festa Schifano 1960s and 1970s”, personal shows dedicated to Pino Pascali and the retrospective dedicated to Bruno Munari have been very important milestones

The story of the Granelli Gallery began in 1970 when husband and wife Antonio Ricci and Graziella Granelli started working in the art field.

In 1992 the gallery was officially opened. It took on a Pop Art style right from the beginning; over the course of the years anthologies by Valerio Adami, Renato Mambor, Mario Schifano, Tano Testa, Pino Pascali followed. Numerous works by contemporary artists at national and international levels have been exhibited at the gallery over the years.
The Granelli Gallery has also seen to the graphic editions of various artists.
The gallery has also taken part in the most important art fairs in Italy.

Silvia Ricci, having worked with her parents for years, from 2004 she is passed to the artistic direction of the gallery, and she can now count on their collaboration and experience, developing this long-standing passion with new projects.

The gallery focuses on the most consolidated modern and contemporary artists, continuing a family tradition with many years of experience.

Since 2014 the Granelli Gallery has been in Via Marconi 1d in Castiglioncello (near Livorno) a splendid coastal location and important cultural centre on the Tuscan Riviera.
